"Let's Launch" is a group of highly motivated online business owners who are 100% committed to launching their product or service in Early Spring 2019
So What Is "Let's Launch"?
In this 90-Day Program we are taking a small group of people through a 3 month launch process. From the Planning Phase to the Countdown to the Launch. We're doing it together to ensure that by the end of the program, you have launched your product or service.
Who is this for?
This program is for you if you want to launch a product or service in the first quarter of 2019. Whether you've already launched before and want to improve on your last one OR you've been dragging your feet and haven't launched yet - THIS IS FOR YOU!
Who is this NOT for?
We are really good at helping a very specific type of person. Since spots are limited and we want to have the biggest impact with our Launchers, this program isn't for everyone. This program is NOT for you if you are brand new to this online business world and haven't gone through a "starting an online business" course such as Business By Design; Tribe; B-School etc. We have limited time on the calls and we can't spend that time teaching you all of the online biz basics. Timeline
During the next 3 months we will go through the 3 phases to a launch.
Preparation: January
During the month of January we will focus on preparation. This phase will include RoadMapping and Content Creation.
The Countdown: February
In February we will start rolling out the content to build anticipation for your launch. We'll also focus on building your funnel from start to finish.
The Launch: March
You will Launch in March or April. From Cart Open to Cart Close and BEYOND!
What Is All Included With "Let's Launch"?
Oh boy have we got a lot in store for you!
Group Launch Calendar
Shared Google Calendar with each week's theme, calls, workshops included with links to zoom calls. Will also have the ability to add your own events - webinars, cart open, cart close etc so we can follow along and cheer you to your success.
Weekly Themes
Each week will have a theme that the group calls, workshops and weekly tasks will coincide with. For example the first week will be the RoadMapping week. We'll have the Group RoadMapping call that week. And the weekly tasks will be to complete your Pre-RoadMapping questions beforehand and complete the RoadMap for your Launch.
Weekly Group Calls
Each week we will host Group Calls with Hot Seats for each person present. Calls will be 2 hours max and will not exceed 6 members. That way everyone gets a chance to have a hot seat if they want one.
Weekly Tasks
Every week will have assigned tasks to complete. They will be entered into the group calendar and in Kajabi. This will keep everyone up to speed to launch on time.
Gamification & Incentives
Everyone likes a bit of competition. And what better way to motivate you to get your tasks done than to assign points and have prizes for the winners.
Accountability Buddies
One of the big reasons why this group exists is for the accountability. They say that you're 30% more likely to hit your goal if you write it down. And if you assign a deadline and share that to someone who will hold you accountable that percentage shoots up to over 90% more likely that you hit your goal! So we're assigning everyone a 1:1 accountability buddy to keep each other in check so you don't get lost in the sauce.
Live Workshops
We'll have several workshops for you to participate in. From the RoadMap to Copy to Setting Up Ads, we have you covered.
Group RoadMapping
The first workshop we will do together is the most important one, the RoadMap. Together we will go through all 10 exercises in the RoadMapping session. When your RoadMap is complete you will have everything planned out for your launch including timelines, budgets and everything else you will need. We'll help you focus on what is absolutely necessary for your launch and cut out everything else. You will launch with the MVP - Minimum Viable Product that will give you the best ROI - Return On Investment.
Private Facebook Group
A place for us to connect, ask questions, offer advice, give encouragement and leave feedback.
Funnel Mapping
Draw out your funnel so you can visualize every piece of the puzzle, making it easier to understand and execute. From opt-ins to email sequences, don't let anything get left behind when you're preparing for your launch.
Launch Project Management
Get all your pieces of your launch in order. All your tasks in one system allowing the right person to know what to work on next. Let the team see everything in one place. Based on a SCRUM system.
Launcher Collaborations
Can't think of a name for your challenge? Use our group of launchers to bounce ideas off of like a board of directors. Collaborate with fellow Launchers by offering bonuses for each other's courses, memberships or programs. These will help you provide value to your clients and position your collaborators as the experts in their niche. Bonuses also help to remove objections.

Email Sequence Set-Up in Kajabi
Your funnel will need automated email sequences to go out. We'll get those set up for you in template format and all you have to do is fill in your content.
FB & IG Ads Set-Up
We will set-up your Facebook and Instagram Ads Campaign for this launch. This will include setting up your ad account, installing the FB pixel, creating your retargeting audiences, and 1-3 Ad Campaigns with multiple ad sets and multiple ads for split testing. We can either do this for you or work along side you for this launch.
Ad Audits
Twice per week we will audit your ads. We'll look at your numbers to see what is working and what isn't. We'll make suggestions on how to improve the numbers and scale up.
RoadMapping Audit 1:1 Call
After the Group RoadMap you will get a 1 hour call to review your RoadMap. This will help you get clearer on your Ideal Client Avatar.
Sales Page Audit
You will get a dedicated full review of your Sales Page with feedback from the team. Just fill in the template that we set up for you. We'll test to make sure everything is working.
Sales Page Copy Audit
Our persuasive sales copywriter will audit your sales page copy for you. We'll dive in to your sales page copy and give it the word-smithing to help your readers decide if your program is right for them.
Emails Audit
Our persuasive sales copywriter will audit your emails for you. Just fill out our email templates that we will set up for you.
