So What Is "Let's Launch"?
In this Beta Program we are taking a small group of people through a 3 month launch process. From the Planning Phase to the Countdown to the Launch. We're doing it together to ensure that by the end of the program, you have launched your product or service.

Timeline
During the next 3 months we will go through the 3 phases to a launch.
Preparation: September
During the month of September we will focus on preparation. This phase will include RoadMapping and Content Creation.
The Countdown: October
In October we will start rolling out the content to build anticipation for your launch. We'll also focus on building your funnel from start to finish.
The Launch: November
You will Launch in November. From Cart Open to Cart Close and BEYOND!
Group Launch Calendar
Shared Google Calendar with each week's theme, calls, workshops included with links to zoom calls. Will also have the ability to add your own events - webinars, cart open, cart close etc so we can follow along and cheer you to your success.
Weekly Themes
Each week will have a theme that the group calls, workshops and weekly tasks will coincide with. For example the first week will be the RoadMapping week. We'll have the Group RoadMapping call that week. And the weekly tasks will be to complete your Pre-RoadMapping questions beforehand and complete the RoadMap for your Launch.
Weekly Group Calls
Each week we will host Group Calls with Hot Seats for each person present. Calls will be 2 hours max and will not exceed 10 members. That way everyone gets a chance to have a hot seat if they want one.
Weekly Tasks
Every week will have assigned tasks to complete. They will be entered into the group calendar and in Kajabi. This will keep everyone up to speed to launch on time.
Gamification & Incentives
Everyone likes a bit of competition. And what better way to motivate you to get your tasks done than to assign points and have prizes for the winners.
Accountability Buddies
One of the big reasons why this group exists is for the accountability. They say that you're 30% more likely to hit your goal if you write it down. And if you assign a deadline and share that to someone who will hold you accountable that percentage shoots up to over 90% more likely that you hit your goal! So we're assigning everyone a 1:1 accountability buddy to keep each other in check so you don't get lost in the sauce.

We'll have several workshops for you to participate in. From the RoadMap to Copy to Setting Up Ads, we have you covered.
Group RoadMapping
The first workshop we will do together is the most important one, the RoadMap. Together we will go through all 10 exercises in the RoadMapping session. When your RoadMap is complete you will have everything planned out for your launch including timelines, budgets and everything else you will need. We'll help you focus on what is absolutely necessary for your launch and cut out everything else. You will launch with the MVP - Minimum Viable Product that will give you the best ROI - Return On Investment.
