Timeline
During the next 12 months we will go through the 3 Phases to a Dream Launch at least 3 times.
Preparation Phase
During the first month of your Dream Launch we will focus on preparation. This phase will include: Dream Client Avatar work; the RoadMapping - choosing the type of Runway, Launch and Project System; and Content Creation based on the Irresistible Messaging for your Dream Client Avatar.
The Countdown
In the second month we will start the runway: rolling out the content you created to build anticipation for your launch. We'll also focus on building all the parts to your funnel from start to finish. With the selected Project System, you will have deadlines and assigned tasks for yourself for each member of your team catered to your specific schedule.
The Launch
You will Launch your product or service once all systems are GO!
Everything will be prepped and ready for you to show up for your people. You'll have the support and encouragement from the group members to keep you feeling great during the "launch roller-coaster" of emotions. Then you'll debrief, see how you can improve for next time, and start the process over again for your next launch. And you can eventually turn it evergreen.

What Is All Included With the Let's Launch Group Launching Program?

Office Hours
We know that sometimes you need some more attention. And that's why we're offering Office Hours 3 times a week. I'll be on a video call at set times for you to come and work through whatever you need help with. We can look at your offer page, your funnels, automation, ads, emails - whatever you need help with that day. It is a first come, first serve basis. These calls won't be recorded.
Group Calls
Every-other week we will host Group Calls with a chance for Hot Seats for the attendees. Calls will be 2 hours max. You will have the opportunity to submit for a Hot Seat before the live call. That way everyone gets a chance to have a hot seat if they want one. The calls will be recorded and available in the members Kajabi site.
Video Training
Each recorded training will have a specific piece of the Dream Funnel System. For example the first few trainings will include: the Dream Client Avatar; the RoadMapping; Project System; etc. The training videos will be recorded and posted to the members Kajabi site.
Dream Client Avatar
Everything relies on the Dream Client Avatar work. If this part isn't done properly everything else will become harder for you and less effective for your people. This is the MOST important part of your Dream Launch. And it's mandatory work to do EACH TIME you start a new launch plan. Things change over time, you grow as a person. Your Dream Client Avatar will change too.
RoadMapping
One of the most important things to do is to RoadMap for your launch. You will have all the exercises in the RoadMapping training that we do with every single 1:1 client. When your RoadMap is complete you will have everything planned out for your Dream Launch including timelines, budgets and everything else you will need. We'll help you focus on what is absolutely necessary for your launch and cut out everything else. As an entrepreneur it's easy for us to chase the latest trend. You will launch with the MVP - Minimum Viable Product that will give you the best ROI - Return On Investment.
Private Facebook Group
A place for us to connect, ask questions, offer advice, give encouragement and leave feedback. FB Groups is currently the best tool for this program.
Funnel Maps
Draw out your funnel so you can visualize every piece of the puzzle, making it easier to understand and execute. From opt-ins to email sequences, don't let anything get left behind when you're preparing for your launch. Use our funnel maps as a start and customize it to fit your Dream Client Avatar.
Launch Project Management
Get all your pieces of your launch in order. All your tasks in one system allowing the right person to know what to work on next. Let the team see everything in one place. Create a Gantt Chart for deadlines. Learn how to use a program like Trello to create a SCRUM based system that we use internally and with our 1:1 clients.
Launcher Collaborations
Can't think of a name for your challenge? Use our group of launchers to bounce ideas off of like a board of directors. Collaborate with fellow Launchers by offering bonuses for each other's courses, memberships or programs. These will help you provide value to your clients and position your collaborators as the experts in their niche. You will make life-long relationships from the people in this group.
